The bank was registered on January 12, 2001 under Company Registration Act 1997 and Nepal Rastra Bank has provided operating license on July 3, 2001 under Bank and Financial Institution Act 2007. The Institution has authorized capital, Issued capital and paid up capital are Rs.2 billion and Rs.1.5510 billion respectively.
